Goals

Developed and executed a comprehensive five-year brand vision and strategy to establish Femarelle as a trusted, yet natural-based innovative menopause-support solution for women within the OTC market. 

Challenge

Despite a strong knowledge in pharmaceuticals, Femarelle lacked expertise in consumer health and struggled to set up a direction for the brand to achieve its full potential – resulting in limited performances of the brand. ​

  • Deployment of an “insights-first” approach.
  • Gathered valuable insights through rigorous market, category, consumer, and healthcare professionals research to inform strategic decisions, enabling the Femarelle brand to address consumer pain points effectively and align with diverse cultural contexts.
  • Developed high-impact omnichannel campaign plans for the blueprint markets, including e-commerce activations, social medias, digital storytelling initiatives, and press partnerships.
  • Retail Entry & Expansion: Close collaboration with markets to successfully map out the brand growth expansion for success across major wholesalers, pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and online platforms.
  • Build the optimised range assortment per market, tailored to retailers’ needs .​
