Goals

Introduce Mama Dolce’s brand pitch in a competition with a reputable wealth investment firm. Positioning this emerging brand as “The next category leading brand” within the developing Vegan Ice cream sub-category. 

Challenge

The business, being recently shortlisted to go into the final, had very limited time to bolster its pitch and secure investment.

Approach

Working very closely with the founder, we used a hybrid framework from Investment pitch and Retail FMCG pitch in order to create a compelling winning pitch. Leveraging market research, and several datapoints, we built a robust pitch framework that included:

  • Category performance and future source of growth
  • Evolving consumer demand
  • Strong brand distinction: category brand differentiation and brand uniqueness
  • Proven Market Validations & Early Wins: showcasing brand credentials and successes achieved to date
  • Brand successes to come

This enabled us to bolster Mama Dolce’s brand profile as an emerging, yet promising FMCG brand within the fast-growing Vegan Ice cream category – increasing its appeal towards this well-regarded wealth investment firm.
