Goals

Build Symprove Healthcare Professionals franchise from the ground up​.

Challenge

Non-existing infrastructure, with limited expertise in Consumer Healthcare towards B2B (healthcare practitioners, healthcare professionals, KOLs, health institutions)  and its interconnection with the B2C business model. ​ 

Approach

Being responsible for helping Symprove expand their healthcare practitioners’ customer base and increase business revenues by reviewing usage and attitudes research, refining B2B brand positioning, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.​

  • Developed and implemented a brand new framework for Symprove healthcare franchise, using a data-driven marketing approach. ​
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive brand & marketing HCPs engagement program, to increase brand awareness of Symprove, relevance, and credentials through educational materials and marketing campaigns, driving B2B HCPs acquisition.​
  • Develop close relationships with key industry allies and establish Symprove’s presence towards core trade associations and groups of influence.​
